Todd Bryant is the founder of The Bryant Firm, LLC and has been practicing law for over 20 years. He established the firm in 2015 in his hometown of Troy, Ohio, but is able to serve the Greater Dayton Area, as well as clients throughout Ohio.

TODD’S STORY
“I have spent my legal career focused on serving business clients in Southwest Ohio. My practice has focused on resolving business disputes through negotiation, and when necessary, litigation. I also help clients in negotiating contracts and various commercial transactions. In addition, I have helped many clients in dealing with governmental regulatory agencies – including licensing, compliance, and investigations. Over the course of my career, I have represented large companies, small family businesses, and everything in between. Upon graduating with honors from the University of Dayton School of Law, I worked for several years at a top-tier regional law firm. After that, I served for five years as General Counsel to a national franchisor, operating hundreds of locations across 35 states. In this role, I was able to mentor a number of junior attorneys in their career development. I have also taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law.”
“When I am not in the office, I spend most of my time with my family. I am blessed to have my wife (who is also my legal assistant), along with six amazing children. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and watching sports (mainly football and whatever sport my kids are playing at the time). I also dabble in community theater: I have served on the boards of two local non-profit theaters, acted in several shows, and written two plays (one of which has been produced).”
