What is the 5/5/50 Guarantee?
I do not have a fancy office. I don't drive a fancy car or have solid oak
furniture. If I did, guess who would have to pay for them. That's
right...you. The client. I will back up my commitment to providing the
most affordable legal services in my operating area by the 5/5/50
Guarantee.
If you find a more affordable law firm and bring me their quote, I will
represent you for $5.00 per hour less than their quoted hourly rate, 5%
less than their quoted contingency fee, and $50 less than their quoted
flat fee.
What is your operating area?
I currently operate in Benton County, Washington County, and Carroll
County serving Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, Eureka
Springs, Berryville, and surrounding areas in Northwest Arkansas (NWA).
What if I find a more affordable attorney after I hire you?
From the point in time that you bring me your more affordable quote I will
lower my rates to comply with the 5/5/50 Guarantee. All charges prior to
that will be based on the engagement agreement that we sign upon
hiring my firm. However, I will only lower my fees for you once.
When does this offer expire?
This offer expires 12/31/2009.
Are there any restrictions?
This offer does not apply to quotes from other low cost legal aid
agencies, such as Legal Aid of Arkansas.
